Processing/Shipping

Due to the high volume of orders, orders (excluding Ready to Ship, Sizing Kits, and Add On products) will be processed within 21-28 business days. Please note that processing times do not include shipping. There is a chance that shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19 and the holiday season. We offer a Rush Option located under the Add Ons collection page, that sends your order to the front of the queue and processed within 7 business days. There is also an option for USPS Overnight Shipping that guarantees your order to be shipped overnight, avoiding delays.

Returns/Exchanges

All orders purchased from Taylor'd Tips are FINAL SALE due to the nature of the product. All sets are made to order and are made for your specific nail sizes. Please ensure that you measure your nails accurately. If you are having any difficulty, please do not hesitate to contact us. We offer a video of How to Measure Your Nails that can be found at the top and bottom of our site.

Taylor’d Tips has the right to cancel any orders that are flagged as High Risk/Fraudulent in our system. In order to avoid this, please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses match.
