Nail Glue

  1. Push back cuticles with cuticle stick for a more natural look.
  2. Lightly buff nail.
  3. Wipe nail with alcohol wipe to remove any dust or oils.
  4. Apply small amount of glue and spread across nail bed. Let glue sit for 2 seconds before putting on nail. NOTE: Glue is very runny so apply small dot first to spread, you can always add more.
  5. Apply press on nail by gently sliding nail under cuticle and press down. Ensure to glide press on nail under cuticle to prevent air bubbles. Hold nail for 5 seconds. If excess glue is on cuticle or sidewalls, quickly take damp alcohol wipe and wipe away.
  6. After application apply any nourishing oil to cuticle.
  7. Let nails rest for 10 minutes. Do not wash hands.

Removal

To remove press ons applied with glue, soak nails in warm soapy water for 15 min. Gently lift nails off with cuticle stick. If nail does not come off with slight pressure, soak for a couple more minutes. After removal there should be no damage to the nail beds. Glue residue on nail beds can be taken off using nail polish remover or pure 100% acetone. A manicure with no polish can be done to trim cuticles for a more polished look. Taylor’d Tips are then ready to be reapplied.

To remove press ons with nail adhesive tabs, simply lift press ons off of nail. Adhesive tabs should be removed from nail bed easily, if not add a little oil to assist with tackiness. (Do not use oil with matte nails.)

Maintenance of Natural Nails

Taylor’d Tips highly recommends getting manicures with no polish in between press-on sets to maintain healthiness of nails. Cuticles should be trimmed and maintained, as well as have cuticle oil applied for maximum moisture and growth. Taylor’d Tips will not damage your natural nail if application and removal steps are followed.
