Shipping policy

Processing: Orders are processed between 7-14 business days.

• Sizing Kits are processed and shipped 1-3 business days.
• All Ready to Ship orders are processed and shipped up to 3 business days.
• If any order will need to be rushed, you may purchase the Rush Order option which puts your order to the front of the queue and processed within 5 business days.

Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which takes 1-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express for overnight delivery (excluding Sundays and holidays. Tracking information is sent to the email address associated with the order. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking info to be updated. 

• Sizing Kits ship free via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery times are determined at checkout.

Returned packages: 

In the event that your package is returned to us, we will notify you via the email associated with the order. We will then send you an invoice to pay the shipping cost for your order to be sent back to you. THIS INCLUDES SIZING KITS. Please confirm that all your shipping and billing information is correct.

 

Lost or Stolen Package: Taylor'd Tips is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure all the shipping information is correct. Once your order is shipped you will receive your tracking number in the email provided with the order. Please contact your local USPS Post Office for all package inquiries first so that they can assist you in locating the package.
